Privacy Notice 

Returns

MERCHANDISE:
Due to the limited and on-demand production of our merchandise, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds other than for defective or damaged items. All sent packages are marked with our suppliers’ return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, defective), it will go to them so make sure you return it to the address marked! Exchanges will only be made for products that are received defective or damaged, please shoot us an email before returning products at orders@eightpointsmuaythai.com. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received and must be unused, unworn and unwashed. 

To Return a defective or damaged item:

1. Send an email to orders@eightpointsmuaythai.com and include the subject “RETURN”
2. Include your Order Number, Full Name and Mailing Address.
3. Take pictures of your unused/unwashed damaged and defective items with a description of the problem.
4. Please allow 2-4 days for us to respond. We will inform you of the proper steps to send back to our supplier.

MEMBERSHIPS & ONLINE TRAINING AND CLASSES:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Sizing

Remember, all of our designs are printed on demand so please make sure you pick the right size and color because our manufacturer will only exchange items if they are defective or broken!  The size charts can be found in the product description of every product.

Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, please contact the delivery service first before submitting a claim to Eight Points Muay Thai. We are not responsible for items lost in transit or marked as delivered. For memberships and online training and classes, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are accepted.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed orders are disposed of after 4 weeks.

Wrong Fit

All clothing on our site is made to order, on-demand. It’s very important if you are unsure of the size to use the size guide and measure yourself measuring tape before ordering. We do not issue refunds for sizing errors.

Corrections of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information and product listings on this Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit or restrict quantities of products (including after you have submitted your order) for any reason, including, without limitation, if the product violates any terms of this Agreement.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our partners, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged for the sale. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your original payment method. If we have overcharged for any product, we will issue a refund to you for the difference between what you were charged and the correct price of the relevant product.

prices are set in stone. The full price of your goods and shipping will be visible/available on your shopping cart page.

• All shipping addresses must be in English. Please ensure your address is correct, you added your phone number and review our return policy here before placing your order.

• Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays). Please allow up to 14 days for your order to process and ship.

• Shipping is only available in the US. No international orders are accepted.

• Due to the limited and on-demand production of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, except for damaged or defective products. We do not offer refunds.

• Depending on physical location of your ordered products, they might be shipped as separate packages from our different distribution centers and may arrive on different days.

• Eight Points Muay Thai and Fitness, LLC does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
